We strive to meet everyone's needs. It has always been our practice to treat all patients to the best of our ability, newborns to geriatrics. It is our hope that our practice will be your medical home.
- Urgent care - same day appointments are available to our current patients.

Newborn care from the hospital to the office.

Well woman care including pap smears, age appropriate testing and birth control.

Routine physicals for all children including sports physicals.

Physicals for men and women, including routine/yearly and CDL.

Skin abnormalities. We provide treatment for basic skin concerns, including but not limited to warts, lesions, questionable moles and acne.

Disease management. You may have a chronic condition that from time to time we may need assistance from a specialist in that area. We will make the appropriate referrals and work closely with any and all specialist you may see. This ensures that all of you medical needs are being met.

We do provide in-office geriatric care. We are not however able to provide nursing or rest home care at this time.
- We provide diabetes and nutrition counseling in the office.
- We like to work closely with patients who may have mental health needs as well. We routinely provide depression screenings in an effort to provide complete healthcare needs.
- We also provide patients with smoking cessation options. It is our goal for our patients to be smoke/tobacco free.
- Sylva Family Practice also has co-management agreements with Mission Health Partners. We have access to many specialists who can meet our patients needs.
